Everglades 8 . 13 lb. “Hawg”

Today’s Trip included repeat client Kevin Kennedy from PA. and Todd from Miami.The buddies decided to try the Everglades, and what a good choice it was. On Kevin’s second cast he caught his largest Bass ever a 6 Lb. 6 oz. Bass on a 12″ worm.The objective was to go after Big Bass, so we were using larger baits, for larger Bass. The Next big bass came on a larger snake , jerking it across the lily pads, this bass was over 5 lb. The bite was real slow, but when we got one on it was a big one. Then in the last hour I reverted to “Old Faithful”, Gambler Cane Toad, after missing 2 Giants, we hit , The Mamaluke , a nice 8 LB. 13 oz. “HAWG”.
