Last week I had three generations onboard , longtime client Harry Blair from NY with his Son Joe and Grandson Sawyer from Chicago . What a gorgeous day to be on the “Lake”. The day started out catching mostly 2-3 lb. bass. then 7 year old Sawyer by himself set the hook and landed this Trophy 6 lb. largemouth.
After that catch he was telling Dad how to fish., LOL.
Then the glory was passed over to Joe when his rod bent way over as he battled his Trophy Okeechobee “HAWG” and the third 10 Lb. of the year. Wow, what a fish
27-3/4 ” x 18 ” Girth.
The best part of this trip was three generations’s of Blair’s fishing together, and that is what is really all about, catching the fish is second. I always say a family that fishes together stays together. Next month I will again enjoy harry and his other two grandson’s.
We are in our peak season now so book a date with “The Original Hawghunter”,
