With the hotter days coming up the Peacock bass continue to be more aggressive, especially with top water lures. Still the best choice are small shiners, using a sharp #1 Diachii Bleeding hook. These red hooks, I feel have made such a difference in client my success.

The Everglades Fishing in the last month has improved a lot , with most of the bass being caught on artificial baits. The Gambler 13″ worm has been working the best right now, but can’t forget your Ace ( Sanko style ) and Zara spooks.
Greg Silva enjoyed a day catching a good handful of Bass upto 4 lb. in only 1/2 day.
