This past week I had the pleasure of Guiding Frankie & Joey Toth , This father & Son team boated well over 100 fish.
This catch included Peacock Bass up to 5.13 oz. caught by Joey.
While Dad hammered a nice 8 lb. Bass on Lake Okeechobee.
At the end of the trip the competition was won by Joey by “ONLY” 4 fish. The other species were Bofin, Oscars Mylan & Midas Chidlets, Gar , a warmouth and even a Catfish.
There best day was the last with catching over 60 Fish mostly Largemouth and 10 Peacock Bass. I had taken them to six different locations , which all were very successful.
Frankie at the end, stated , ” I couldn’t have asked for anything more, thanks.”
So fascinated by the power of the Peacock Bass they are planning a trip next year with me to The Amazon for the 20 lber.
